Gratitude and the Growth of Your Business

Over the past few months, I’ve become keenly aware of how gratitude is not only vital to my life but also to the growth of my business.

Right now, I’m preparing to go to L.A. for my mentor David Neagle’s Manifest Your Marketability 3-day, live event. I’m going not only as a sponsor but also as a student, and as I wrap up my sponsor booth preparations, I’m having one of those I can’t believe this is really happening moments. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for this opportunity, and also amazed at how far I’ve come in the short time I’ve been in business.

There have been ups and downs, and I haven’t done it alone. I’ve had amazing people help me, and I’d like to express my gratitude for those who’ve helped Sumer grow to what it is today.

Brittany Urbach, The Most Amazing Person I Know: Sumer would not be what it is today without Brittany. She has been loyal through thick and thin. She’s stood by me in my worst moments, celebrated the victories, and worked alongside me to bring forth my vision into this world. Brittany, you are a gem. Thanks for the laughs with our rubber duckies, the fun blowing bubbles, and for all you do for me and for our clients.

Fabienne Fredrickson, Client Attraction: My journey to success began when I attended Fabienne’s Inner Game of Abundance Retreat back in September 2008. It was here that I met many of my fabulous clients, David Neagle, and others who have cheered me on the past three years. More important, Fabienne opened my world up to what it really means to be a conscious entrepreneur, how to market from the heart, and the powerful impact my serving has on my clients and those around me. Thank you Fabienne! www.clientattraction.com

Sandy Salle, Hills of Africa Travel: I met Sandy at Fabienne’s event in 2008, and within months, we were doing business together and still are. I’m constantly in awe of her ability to dream big and then take action to make her dreams a reality. Sandy believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and encourages me every time we speak. Hands-down, she is one of the best clients anyone could ever ask for, and I am grateful to you, Sandy, for being who you are in my life. www.hillsofafrica.com

Sasha Sabbeth, Entrepreneur’s Intuition and Purpose Soul Coach:  A powerful force in my life, Sasha has helped me uncover my purpose in this lifetime and has continually held a space for me to step into my own power. Through her coaching and her unwavering love, I have been able to achieve what I never thought possible. Thank you, Sasha, for being a light in this world and holding the lantern for me to see the path in front of me. www.entrepreneursoulcoach.com

David Neagle, Life Is Now: For close to four years, I listened to David Neagle’s teachings until I said YES to attending one of his live events last April. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you, David, for believing in my creative talents, for helping me break through what had been holding me back, and for coaching me on how to achieve anything I desire. And to the ladies on Team Neagle—Erin Melnick and Steph Tuss—I am forever grateful for your support, your belief in me, and your friendship. www.davidneagle.com

And, lastly, to my team—Penny, Spencer, Melody, Kathy, Claudia, Kelly, and Erin—thanks for all you do for our clients and our company.

What are you grateful for?
